If you identify errors in a completed translation, you may request revisions within 14 days of delivery at no additional charge, provided the errors are due to our oversight and not changes to the original document or additional instructions not included in the original request.
Stylistic preferences or alternative word choices that do not constitute errors are not covered under our revision policy and may be subject to additional fees.
Our certified translations are prepared to meet the requirements of Canadian government agencies, courts, and institutions. While we have a strong track record of acceptance, we cannot guarantee that any particular agency or institution will accept a translation, as acceptance criteria may change or vary by reviewer.
